Pick up from your hotel in Amman and transfer to Hammamat Ma’in with its hot springs and waterfall.
Ma’in is located 264 meters below sea level in a beautiful surrounding, the therapeutic qualities of the mineral water attracted people since Roman times. There are two main baths open to the public, the Roman baths, which have indoor hot baths and the family pool which is beneath a small waterfall.
Ma’in Hot Springs has many useful properties. A large concentration of calcium (300 mg/L) in water improves intercellular exchange and metabolism. The presence of magnesium (60 mg/L) and potassium (27 mg/L) increase the beneficial effects on the skin. The high temperature of the water allows minerals and other substances to penetrate quickly into the skin.
The water contains a high concentration of sodium (571 mg/L), which also has a beneficial effect on the body and helps you feel better.
Here, you can have good treatment for such diseases as rheumatism, arthritis, sinusitis, diseases of the digestive tract and blood-vascular system.
